Billionaire Boys Club & ICECREAM accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Processing and Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
